Elderberry Fruit Tincture 

Made with organically grown fresh elderberries 

Ingredients: Elderberry Fruit and certified grain alcohol. 1:3 ratio

Instructions: Use 6-12 drops in juice or water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well. Store in cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

    Purchased this because of sinus issues, coughing and excess phlegm. It is very hard not to exceed the recommended dosage since it tastes so good! I take it sublingual. It has helped me considerably with dealing with the nastys mentioned above. Not totally clear but am also outside alot in this above-average rainy weather with temperatures from 70s and plummeting to 30s in 24 hours for the last month, and I believe taking this wonderful Elderberry tincture has helped me from having more severe symptoms. Will definitely buy again.

    I take about 6 drops a day in either my coffee or smoothie. In my current housemakeup a nasty cold has circulated and I believe my elderberyy (actually your) elderberry has prevented me from catching this stuff as the males in the house are not prone to covering their coughs or keeping their hands washed ugh!
