I'm treating my Fibromyalgia pain with this root. I added it to an herbal tea blend I use everyday and night. I was amazed at the efficiency of this within hours. I have just ordered the tincture, and it is even better. But I dose my pain in terms of it's severity at the time. Tincture seems to be better at night, using the root powder during day.
