I have been giving this to my dogs for a few years now.They both have fluid retention issues and this product helps take care of that. I put it in their food and they have no problem with the taste.

I bought this as a complementary treatment for my dog with dilated cardiomyopathy (an enlarged heart and use it in place of a pharmaceutical diuretic for one of his two doses per day. It makes me feel better to give him something that has other benefits to his liver and it works to keep his symptoms in check most of the time. If he coughs at all, we simply go back to the drug 2x a day for a few days to a week. I also use this occasionally when I feel I have overindulged and need a little detox.
