So I agree this is a spicy tincture bordering on"hot". However, for the first time in years I can feel my feet again and they feel warm and have more feeling. The block of ice is gone! I can finally take the afghan from the bottom of my bed.

If you aren't comfortable with "hot", use the dropper and mix with water. There was a remarkable effect in my brain,similar but not as intense as nitroglycerin tablets (I had a heart attack a year ago and occasionally take them). No headache but a sensation of increased blood flow and vasodilation in brain tissue. That is anecdotal but I was a paramedic

My circulation has been awful for years due to smoking for decades. I quit smoking years ago but it had already done its damage for circulation. Since I have been taking this product for several weeks I had had NO problems with numbness, coldness or tingling in my fingers and toes!!!

Been taking this tincture for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a big difference in circulation. Woooweee, it's spicy, perhaps a little too spicy for me. I almost always get the hiccups after taking it. (I think that may be due to the cayenne.) Other than that, it seems like good quality. If I didn't get the hiccups, I would give it five stars.
