At Least it Helped One of Us

I bought this hoping it'd help my autonomic dysfunction, especially with recovering after passing out. Haven't been able to try it directly after an episode yet, but after trying it while lightheaded, it made me a bit drowsy, not exactly what I'm looking for. But my fiancé has anxiety and took it after a really bad attack and it really helped him recover quickly. He said it was the best he's felt in months-- no drowsiness for him either! I'd say it's a pretty good product if it works great for at least one of us!
