I recently found out that I have RA and immediately was on the hunt for a natural product. Though I was still researching products, I bought this tincture spontaneously. I couldn't tell the difference for a while because I began taking fish oil and vitamin d3 which help significantly, but not enough. I would mix the tincture in with my water and drink it throughout the day. One day I had a flare up which caused my left elbow, left knee and left ankle to hurt painfully. I put the tincture under my tongue without diluting it in water and after a few minutes, the flaring calmed down. Since then, I've been using it faithfully! The tincture is pretty strong on its own, but so effective. I would say it's more effective alone than when it is diluted in water, but everyone's diagnosis is different. This Rheumatoid Arthritis Tincture warms up the painful joints almost immediately when administering under the tongue. It has a "Christmas" spice taste to it, and is very strong. It seems to help the knees for osteoarthritis and the shoulders, forearms, wrists, and fingers for tenosynovitis. I would recommend this product for the tenosynovitis in the shoulders and knees, and the Solomon's Seal Tincture for the knees and back the most, and take both alternately.

I have used about 1/3 of a bottle of Solomon's Seal, taking 12 drops twice daily, for moderate osteo-arthritis in both knees and chronic tendinosis in both shoulders and elbows.Previously, the pain in the knees was so debilitating, I needed a cane to walk and had difficulty getting out of a chair. Today, 90% of the pain is gone. No cane needed. I can walk up and down several flights of stairs. I can carry groceries or bags. I am 61 and weigh 237 pounds. I can't help being skeptical of this tincture because of the pain I have been in for years, but yesterday and today, most of the pain is gone.It isn't the Absorbine Veterinary horse liniment I am using, which helps about 25%. It is the Solomon's seal. It does have a slight sedating effect. I will reduce the dosage to 7 drops, twice per day and combine it with 7 drops of your brand of Rheumatoid Arthritis tincture to take with it twice per day.
