Depression of the nervous system may result in fatigue and mental fogginess if you take too much for too long. Start with a low dose several times a day and you may want to increase as you learn the effects, or how you respond to the extract. Passion Flower may have additive anticoagulant effect.

    I had read about passionflower and was excited to find it at such a reasonable price, i definitely notice a sounder sleep, without waking in the middle of the night, and no "hangover" whatsoever. Real high quality compared to other companies out there.
