The standardized extract is highly concentrated and seems to be more effective in treating health problems, particularly circulatory problems, than the non- standardized leaf alone. These effects have been helpful in the treatment of hearing and vision problems, impotence, edema, varicose veins, leg ulcers, stroke and intermittent claudication. In fact, Ginkgo biloba tincture has been shown to be as effective as prescription medication in improving pain-free walking distance.

Blend equal parts together for an herbal tea. Take 1 tsp per 1 cup of heated water.
