A 7-ingredient smoothie with carrot powder, ginger powder, turmeric powder, pineapple and banana! An anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting smoothie that's perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1/2 large ripe banana, previously peeled, sliced and frozen (more for a sweeter smoothie)
  • 1 cup (140 g) frozen or fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp Smoothie Powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (~1/2 small lemon) (if you like it tart)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  1. To the blender add smoothie ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk if it has trouble blending. Scrape down sides as needed.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness or lemon for acidity.
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve. Best when fresh.

If you order your smoothie with the milk mix it will also contain these ingredients: Sugar, Coconut Oil, Corn syrup solids, nonfat milk, vanilla extract, salt,  soy lecithin, guar gum, xantham gun, and annatto extract.
