Lemon Balm Leaf
Also Known As – Melissa officinalis, melissa, and balm.
Organically Grown USA
Overview - Lemon balm is a common herb in many culinary gardens. It is a member of the mint family, yet it has no mint flavor, only a refreshing lemon. Balm was once used as a "strewing herb" in castles and homes to freshen the air. Used frequently in salads, as garnishes and in stuffings, balm is a must in the kitchen. Luckily, this herb is easy to grow and it spreads in the garden without a lot of encouragement.
Our Lemon Balm herb is grown organically, fertilized with organic manure from our own chickens, rabbits and little kinder goats, and watered from our private well linked to the glaciers of Mt. Rainier and filtered into the Nisqually River. Our Lemon Balm is hand picked, dried meticulously analyzed, test for freshness, aroma and taste before we package and deliver to you.

Wonderful
Very fragrant Lemon Balm that makes wonderful tea. It is a bit too dry and powdery for my tea infuser and I end up will a little residue on the bottom of the cup, but the quality is amazing.

I highly recommend this shop, hands down;)
I cannot be any happier with my purchase. After searching through many different shops on etsy I read here that they grow their own herbs, which is a HUGE bonus. So different from purchasing from a third party. Upon receiving my order, I was surprised to see how well it was packaged. I'm used to a plastic bag. As for the product itself, beautiful. Lemon Balm should be bright green, not green/brown. And so fragrant. I can tell so much love goes into their entire process. Shipping was fast, and seller communication was amazing. They even offered their opinion for the best usage. I highly recommend this shop, hands down;)

Just Perfect!!!
Have been dealing with Anxiety for a while. Had been using another tea and was finding a little relief. I ordered this product mainly for the 16oz option. I was pleasantly surprised with the benefits from the tea. So glad I switched!!! I drink this cold as we are in the heat of summer and no AC, have brewed it for a hot cup of tea and was so delish!!! I mix equal amounts with Stress Zapper for my Anxiety remedy.
