It sure does help knock me out and gets me to sleep better.

So far it is allowing me a better nights sleep!

My husband has had cronic sleep issues and hasn't slept through the night in years. Sometimes not at all. Very jumpy and antsy and as exhausted as he is, he can't sit or lay down, he actually has to walk around (kinda like a zombie) so tired that he dozes off while standing. It has been awful! First of all I must say about Patricia, this kind and special lady with a heart full of love. I was dealing with a very difficult situation for past two years, since my 33 years old son, was misdiagnosed, took the wrong psychiatric medication and got side effects that transform his life ( and also mine) in a nightmare. I bought some herbs from MountainMaus and when I open the box, I could feel that everything was packaged with lot of love, totally different the way we get the products bought on the internet. Ok, first off this tea is FANTASTIC!. Second, it works just like it says. Third, don't plan on going anywhere after you drink this because it literally knocks you on your butt and you doze off into la la land.
