Maus recommends that you drink just one cup of strongly brewed tea (2 tsp per 4-6oz boiled water) about one hour before bedtime.

My husband has had cronic sleep issues and hasn't slept through the night in years. Sometimes not at all. Very jumpy and antsy and as exhausted as he is, he can't sit or lay down, he actually has to walk around (kinda like a zombie) so tired that he dozes off while standing. It has been awful! He has tried everything! I ordered the Hallelujah tea and prayed it would work for him. The first night while taking his last sip he looked at me and said "I'm getting really tired". Within 30 seconds, with his hands on his head, they were falling over his face and he was out! I woke him up and got him into bed. He slept for 4 hours, was up for 1 and then back to bed for 2 more hours. That was a miracle. Each night he gets less jumpy and much more relaxed and is sleeping more and more. This is truly a Blessing! Thank you for creating this wonderful tea, we are believers!!

First of all I must say about Patricia, this kind and special lady with a heart full of love. I was dealing with a very difficult situation for past two years, since my 33 years old son, was misdiagnosed, took the wrong psychiatric medication and got side effects that transform his life ( and also mine) in a nightmare. I bought some herbs from MountainMaus and when I open the box, I could feel that everything was packaged with lot of love, totally different the way we get the products bought on the internet. I got so impressed with the I felt in the way the herbs was package and I was so desperate to see my son well and already loosing the hope of it, that I called Patricia thinking that maybe she could help with her knowledge and love. She was fantastic, very caring and research the type of extract would help him. He took the detox and others teas herbs ( some to sleep, others to give him energy and other to stabilize his mind. Since than, he was getting better and better and now he is getting ready to go back to work again. I will be always thankful to Patricia and her loving herbs. Ok, first off this tea is FANTASTIC!. Second, it works just like it says. Third, don't plan on going anywhere after you drink this because it literally knocks you on your butt and you doze off into la la land.
