Constipation Aide Tincture 

Constipation, the "difficult, incomplete, or infrequent evacuation of dry hardened feces from the bowels" (The American Heritage Dictionary) can be an occasional, acute, or chronic problem. It can be caused by many factors including lack of fluids, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, emotional state, or as a side-effect of specific medications. Be aware of the constipating effect of other drugs or supplements you may be taking, like iron tablets, opiates, antidepressants, and antihistamines. Constipation is almost always a nuisance; it can also be a sign of a more serious condition. Chronic constipation should be evaluated in conjunction with a healthcare professional.

Senna (Cassia acutifolia) is well known for its laxative properties. This herb flushes impurities and toxins from the body, and it can be very beneficial to those with anal fissures. It can be used to clear and cleans out the bowel before procedures like ultrasounds.

Licorice Root is a mild laxative and is antiviral. It affects the endocrine system. In the digestive system, the herb is useful for ileitis, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut syndrome, Crohn's disease and ulcers. In Chinese medicine, it is used to harmonize other ingredients in a formula.

Psyllium can be helpful in lowering LDL, or "bad" cholesterol. It does not lower it in great amounts, but it can be a starting point. It is a common ingredient for bulk laxatives and can help relieve constipation.

Rhubarb is useful for constipation and diarrhea, depending on the dose. It has a cleansing action on the intestines, effectively removing clogged debris. This herb is antiseptic, astringent and antibacterial. 

Angelica Root is excellent in diseases of the lungs, gout, stomach troubles, heartburn, colic, lack of appetite, dyspepsia and stomach upsets, gastrointestinal pain, gas, sciatica, and the heart

Ginger root is most frequently used as a digestive aid. It increases saliva and other digestive fluids. It also helps with indigestion, gas pain, cramping and diarrhea.

Fennel seed is a thoroughly tried remedy for gas, acid stomach or dyspepsia, gout, cramps, colic, cystitis, and spasms. Ground fennel sprinkled on food will prevent gas in the stomach and bowels.

Ingredients: Senna leaf, licorice root, psyllium seed, rhubarb root, angelica root, ginger root, fennel seed and Certified Grain Alcohol.

Suggested: Use 4-8 drops in juice or water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well and store in a cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

    I am so ecstatic that we found this website. I have been searching for a natural alternative to prescription drugs for ADD. I came across this website, read the reviews and thought I would give it a try.

    My step-son is 8 years old and has a terrible time in school keeping focused and being disruptive. We have been giving this tincture 3 times a day 6 drops during the day and 8 drops with dinner in a warm glass of flavored water. Within 3 days we, along with his teachers noticed a big change in his behavior. He has been paying attention in class and actually is doing his homework without complaining or wanting to jump to another task. The best is that he has been helping me with the dishes every-night since taking this tincture. :)

    Would I recommend this for a child? Most defiantly YES!

    We started taking this tincture 2 months ago 3 times a day and the change in our son is so astonishing his teachers have commented as well as the school principal. My son was inattentive, impulsive, and hyperactive-also restless and fidgety. He was interrupting conversations and was easily distracted. In school, he had trouble completing assignments, didn't not listen well, he was disorganized and very disruptive in class. He felt so isolated from his peers and was very antisocial and impulsive. Thank you Mountain Maus for making a natural alternative to help our son. He is such a happy go lucky young man now thanks to you.

    We started our regiment with MMR back in 2015 and we are so pleased with the results. Our son who is extremely ADHD is now a normal functioning young man.     My 9yr old son was all over the place behaviorally at school this year. Blurting, irritable, mood swings....but before I take him to get meds that may change the best part of him, I sought out Herbal formulas. Not into buying into a pyramid thing of oils, saw the flyer on Mountain Maus and ordered this product. My son & I were able to pick up the tincture at their property as we live just over the bridge & thru the woods. What a wonderful place! Felt very comfortable giving him a product grown in our climate with the same water that we drink from (Glacier). He has taken this for 10 days now and week 1 of school he had NO meltdowns. So very pleased that I am now adding to my day.

    I was hesitant to try this at first, the first thought that you can think of is "really"? you add a few drops of this to help you focus? yeah right! BUT after trying this product i was AMAZED! Within minutes, I was quickly drawn to the person who was talking to me. I was noticing the small things, facial expressions, eyes just seemed to pop out at me. It was something else! I truly love fixed focus, The product quality is great. I think you would be able to add drops to milk as well. I work for a Family Practice office, and it seems to be a hit for the office. The Doctor i work for has grown fond of it within minutes she found herself buying two bottles as well. hope this little rant over how much we enjoy this tincture was helpful! It's definitely worth a try.

    I purchase this for my son who is extremely ADHD and find
    great success for him! I have been administering the tincture for the last 2 weeks and have noticed that he is relaxed & focused!
